It appears that your underwear is too big and your jeans are too small. It is too much fabric in the jeans, so that additional hardware pack, wherever you want. Try or "bikini" style pants in a lighter material and elegant, / than cotton. Try also smaller. Alternatively, you can not completely without underwear, as I do.
