Chinese Chicken Salad
1 lettuce
1 bunch green onions, chopped
2 v. Tea. Chinese fresh parsley (optional)
1 can Chow Mein Noodles
2 pkg. (Smith, or 1 / 2 lg). chopped almond leaves
2 v. soup. Sesame
4 chicken breasts, cooked and divided
Dressing: () Not just before serving.
Mix the following:
2 v. Tea. Salt
V. 4.5 Tea. Sugar
6 tbsp. Vinegar
1 teaspoon of tea. Pepper
1 / 2 c. Salad oil
2 v. soup. Sesame oil
