Anxiety Disorder what to do? - what can a walk in clinic prescribe
Okay, so I was diagnosed with anxiety when he was 16 years ago, almost 11 years ago, my doctor immediately put on clonazepam 4 times per day ... After 20 years, when I decided to stop all medications (I have a doctor) was consulted because he hide the problem and the target groups of anxiety disorder was tired .. So, now is again a concern, I'm 27 and I can not thinking, and the fear of ridicule. I went for a walk in the clinic prescribed me clonazepam does not really want to ... Is there anything I can do?

Focus on the positive and say that you want to change.
If you really want, then you have the strength.
Try talking to a psychologist or psychiatrist. The psychiatrist may prescribe medications if necessary, but a psychologist can not. Maybe if you and any of these physicians can allay some of their concerns. Good luck with your problem and the best wishes for you.
