COPD stands for chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. My wife had to cope with bronchitis for two or three years. I recently noticed a severe case of double pneumonia. After his release, we have a lung specialist, that all hear from COPD, but quit more than 20 years. before.

And with that aside, here is my take on COPD.
I received the diagnosis of COPD, the day after my birthday - and I refuse to let myself sink into a depressive state concern. Why is simple: COPD is a practice that "general diagnosis" dam, where all doctors are labeling patients with respiratory problems - and I think that is wrong.
They are tons of websites to find support for groups of COPD on the Internet, which includes some very good suggestions from a group of "fans" who can help.
This is from one side of COPD and the support they found suggestions that I went to my doctor, I used the inhaler agreed. In this same place, I followed the suggestions for the use of some machines, air filters in my house cleaned. Yes, I smoke - but significantly reducedMy ...... Cigarette consumption and eventually I will stop all together. But it does not come all the time and the pressure of the anti-tobacco lobby.
However, I turned what would have been a dark chapter in my life, something positive, thanks to the pile of "amateur" sites in support of COPD. Try to work with your doctor about treatment options.
